Cheesy Broccoli Pie

In a large bowl, combine broccoli, 2 cups of cheese and onion. In another bowl, combine eggs, milk, biscuit mix, salt and pepper; mix well. Pour over broccoli mixture; toss gently. Pour into 2 greased 9" pie plates. Bake at 400° F for 25-30 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.

Push potato mixture to the sides of the pan. Pour eggs into center of pan. cook and stir over medium heat until eggs are completely set. Season with salt and pepper. Stir eggs into potato mixture. top with cheese and cook for 1-2 minutes longer.

Layer the sausage and cheese over the top. Combine the eggs, milk, salt and pepper in a bowl and mix well. Pour over the cheese. Bake 425° F for 25 minutes or until set. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving. you may add other omelet - type ingredients, if you desire.

Crush corn flakes slightly in medium size mixing bowl. Add eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Mix well. Let stand for 5 minutes or until cereal is softened. Add hamburger and cheese, mixing until well combined. Shape into 1" balls.
