Our Capabilities
We produce the Pearl Valley Cheese Branded Swiss and Colby Style Horns here at our factory in eastern Ohio. We also do have some private labeling capabilities for Swiss style and Colby Style Cheese Mini Horns. We manufacture products for businesses of many sizes, including local distributors, regional grocery chains, and national deli brands that prefer to use their own branding. Minimimum orders are required for private labels.
Food Safety
Our highest priorities are product quality and facility sanitation. We adhere to rigorous food safety protocols, including third-party audits under the GFSI-certified SQF Food Safety scheme since 2016. We not only meet regulatory standards but often exceed industry norms. Our facility is approved by the Ohio Department of Agriculture Dairy Division, and we have a verified HACCP plan. Our cheese is fully pasteurized, ensuring nationwide compliance. Our dedication to quality has led to numerous industry accolades, solidifying our position as a leader in cheese manufacturing.
