- 1 lb Ground Pork Sausage
- 1 (8-count) Can Crescent Rolls
- 2 C (8 oz.) Colby Cheese, shredded
- 4 Eggs, beaten
- ¾ C Milk
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Brown the sausage in a skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain. Line the bottom of a 13x9 - inch baking dish with the crescent rolls, pressing the perforations to seal. Layer the sausage and cheese over the top. Combine the eggs, milk, salt and pepper in a bowl and mix well. Pour over the cheese. Bake 425° F for 25 minutes or until set. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving. you may add other omelet - type ingredients, if you desire. Serves 4 to 6.
