Cheese Potato Casserole
- 2 lb Frozen Hash Browns, thawed
- 1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 8 oz. Colby Cheese, grated
- ¾ C Butter, melted
- 1 Small Onion, diced
- 16 oz. Sour Cream
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Combine the ingredients except cheese. Place in casserole; sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 350° F for 1 hour.
