  • 2 lb Frozen Hash Browns, thawed
  • 1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 8 oz. Colby Cheese, grated
  • ¾ C Butter, melted
  • 1 Small Onion, diced
  • 16 oz. Sour Cream
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Combine the ingredients except cheese. Place in casserole; sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 350° F for 1 hour.

Yield: 10-12 Servings
