Ranch Quiche Lorraine

2 C Butter Flavored Crackers, crushed 6 T Butter or Margarine, melted 2 C Swiss Cheese, shredded 4 Eggs 2 C Heavy Cream 1 pkg. (½ oz.) Hidden Valley Ranch® with Bacon Salad Dressing Mix 1 T Dehydrated Onions, minced Preheat oven to 375° F. In a medium bowl, combine crackers and butter. Press crumb mixture evenly into 10-inch pie pan or quiche dish. Bake until golden, about 7 minutes. Remove and cool on wire rack. Increase oven temperature to 425° F. Sprinkle cheese over cooled crust. In medium bowl, whisk eggs until frothy. Add cream, salad dressing mix and onion....


Swiss Creamy Corn

3 T Butter ½ C Ohio Swiss Cheese, grated 2 ½ C Corn, fresh or frozen 1 Medium Onion ½ C Milk ½ C Sweet Cream Black Pepper to taste  Melt butter in sauce pan. Add onion and cook until soft. Add corn. When kernels are hot add milk, cream dash of pepper. Cook until thickened on medium heat, approximately 5 minutes. Cover and cook on low for 10 minutes. Add cheese and stir until melted. Serve hot, sprinkle with bread crumbs.


Swiss Cheese Bread

1 pkg. (¾ oz.) Active Dry Yeast ¼ C Sugar ¼ C Butter, melted ½ t Salt 3 T Warm Water 1/3 C Milk 2 Eggs 3 - 3½ C Flour Filling: 2 pkg. (8 oz.) Cream Cheese 2 C Ohio Swiss Cheese, grated ½ C Sugar 1 Egg Icing: ½ C Confectioner's Sugar 2-3 t Milk ¼ t Vanilla Dissolve yeast in warm water, let stand for 5 minutes. add sugar, milk, butter, eggs, salt and 2 cups flour. Broccoli au Swiss

This delicious casserole is super easy and delicious. 10 oz. Frozen Broccoli 1 C Ohio Swiss Cheese, grated 1 (10 oz.) Can Mushroom Soup 4 T Butter 1 C Breadcrumbs, dry Cook broccoli, drain. Stir in soup and cheese. Pour in 1 qt baking dish. Brown breadcrumbs in butter, place on top.  Bake in 350° oven for 25-30 minutes.
