Broccoli au Swiss

This delicious casserole is super easy and delicious. 10 oz. Frozen Broccoli 1 C Ohio Swiss Cheese, grated 1 (10 oz.) Can Mushroom Soup 4 T Butter 1 C Breadcrumbs, dry Cook broccoli, drain. Stir in soup and cheese. Pour in 1 qt baking dish. Brown breadcrumbs in butter, place on top.  Bake in 350° oven for 25-30 minutes.    

Swiss Cheeseball

You'll impress all your friends and family when you bring this cheeseball to your next party. Just don't let them know how easy it is! Ingredients:  ½ lb. Pearl Valley Swiss Cheese, grated 8 oz. Cream Cheese Walnuts, chopped Let Swiss cheese and cream cheese soften to room temperature. Mix together and add grated Swiss cheese. Roll into a ball, roll in nuts.

Mini Ham Puffs

1 pkg. (15 oz.) Ham, processed ½ C Ohio Swiss Cheese 1/8 t Ground Black Pepper 1 pkg. (4 oz.) Crescent Rolls, refrigerated 1 Small Onion 1 Egg 1 t Dijon Mustard Preheat oven to 350°. Chop ham and onions. Place in a medium size bowl. Add cheese, egg, pepper, onion and mustard. Stir to combine. Spray mini-muffin pan with vegetable oil spray. Unroll crescent rolls and press into one large rectangle. Cut into 24 squares. Place dough pieces in mini-muffin pan. Press to form a cup. Using a tablespoon or a scoop, place the filling in the cup. Cheese Custard Ring

2 T Butter 3 T Flour 1 C Milk ½ t Salt ¼ t Paprika ½ t Mustard ¾ - 1 C American Cheese, grated ¾ - 1 C Swiss Cheese, grated 4 Eggs Melt butter, add flour, stirring to a smooth paste; add milk gradually, stirring constantly until it thickens and it is smooth. Add salt, paprika, mustard and cheese, and stir until cheese is melted. Remove from heat and beat eggs, one at a time. Pour into buttered 9" ring mold. Place in pan of hot water and bake in moderate oven (350° F) for 40 minutes.

Swiss Cheese Fondue

1 ½ lb. Swiss Cheese, rated 1 piece Garlic ½ pint White Wine 1 small glass (1 oz.) Kirsch 1 t Cornstarch Pepper, nutmeg or paprika to taste. Commence by rubbing the inside of the fondue pan with garlic. Then put the dish on the heat and warm the wine in it. By steadily stirring all the time, add the grated cheese.
