Cheese Fritters

  • 1 C Flour
  • 1 ½ t Baking Powder
  • ½ t Salt
  • ½ C Milk
  • 1 Egg

Dip Swiss cheese slices in this batter and fry in deep fat. This makes a very nourishing lunch with a vegetable salad.
