Mini Ham Puffs

  • 1 pkg. (15 oz.) Ham, processed
  • ½ C Ohio Swiss Cheese
  • 1/8 t Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 pkg. (4 oz.) Crescent Rolls, refrigerated
  • 1 Small Onion
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 t Dijon Mustard

Preheat oven to 350°. Chop ham and onions. Place in a medium size bowl. Add cheese, egg, pepper, onion and mustard. Stir to combine.

Spray mini-muffin pan with vegetable oil spray. Unroll crescent rolls and press into one large rectangle. Cut into 24 squares. Place dough pieces in mini-muffin pan. Press to form a cup. Using a tablespoon or a scoop, place the filling in the cup. Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly browned. 

Yield: Approx 24
