- 1 pkg. (15 oz.) Ham, processed
- ½ C Ohio Swiss Cheese
- 1/8 t Ground Black Pepper
- 1 pkg. (4 oz.) Crescent Rolls, refrigerated
- 1 Small Onion
- 1 Egg
- 1 t Dijon Mustard
Preheat oven to 350°. Chop ham and onions. Place in a medium size bowl. Add cheese, egg, pepper, onion and mustard. Stir to combine.
Spray mini-muffin pan with vegetable oil spray. Unroll crescent rolls and press into one large rectangle. Cut into 24 squares. Place dough pieces in mini-muffin pan. Press to form a cup. Using a tablespoon or a scoop, place the filling in the cup. Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
