In a blender, combine eggs, milk and butter. Add biscuit mix and pepper, cover and process for 15 seconds. Pour into a greased 9-inch pie plate. Top with bacon and cheese.Bake at 350° F for 30-35 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting.

Broccoli au Swiss

This delicious casserole is super easy and delicious. 10 oz. Frozen Broccoli 1 C Ohio Swiss Cheese, grated 1 (10 oz.) Can Mushroom Soup 4 T Butter 1 C Breadcrumbs, dry Cook broccoli, drain. Stir in soup and cheese. Pour in 1 qt baking dish. Brown breadcrumbs in butter, place on top. Bake in 350° oven for 25-30 minutes.
