Pull-Apart Bacon Bread

  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 ½ C Milk
  • ¼ C Butter, melted
  • ½ C Biscuit/baking mix
  • Dash of Pepper
  • 8 Slices of Bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • ¾ C Colby Cheese, shredded

In a blender, combine eggs, milk and butter. Add biscuit mix and pepper, cover, and process for 15 seconds. Pour into a greased 9-inch pie plate. Top with bacon and cheese.
Bake at 350° F for 30-35 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting. 

Yield: 6-8 Servings
