Swiss Ham Bunnies

½ lb Ohio Swiss Cheese, shredded 1 lb Ground Ham Combine above with: ½ C Salad Dressing 2 T Lemon Juice 4 T Minced Onion Mix, spread on buttered buns. Wrap in foil. Bake 20 minutes at 350°.

Chicken Salad Sandwiches Loaf

2 (6 oz.) Cans Chunk-style Chicken 1/3 C Mayonnaise or salad dressing 5 oz. (1 ½ cups) Ohio Swiss Cheese, shredded ¼ C Sour Cream  1 Small Onion Leaf Lettuce Drain the chicken. Chop tomato. In a mixing bowl, stir together mayonnaise and sour cream. Add onion and cheese. Serve with Pumpernickel bread, lettuce and tomato. 

Hot Hoagies

¾ C Butter, softened 1 pkg Italian Salad Dressing Mix 6 Hoagie Buns, split 12-16 oz. Luncheon Meat, sliced (Salami, Ham and/or Turkey) 12 Slices of Cheese (Swiss, Cheddar, Muenster and/or Brick) Combine butter and salad dressing ; spread 1 tablespoon inside each bun. On bottom of each bun, layer one of meat, two slices of cheese or another slice of meat, replace tops. Spread 1 tablespoon butter mixture over top of each bun. Place on a baking sheet. Broil 6 inches from the heat for 2-3 minutes or until tops are lightly browned. Yield: 6  Servings

Grilled Deli Sandwiches

1  Medium Onion, sliced 1 C Fresh Mushrooms, sliced 1 C Green Pepper, thinly sliced 1 C Sweet Red Pepper, thinly sliced 2 T Vegetable Oil 12 Slices Sourdough Bread ½ lb. Each: Deli Ham, Smoked Turkey and Pastrami, thinly sliced 6 Slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled 6 Slices American Cheese 6 Slices Swiss Cheese In a large skillet, saute the onion, mushrooms and peppers in oil until tender. Layer six slices of bread with ham, turkey, pastrami, bacon, vegetables and cheeses; top with remaining  bread. Wrap each sandwich in foil. Grill, uncovered, over medium heat 4-5 minutes on each...

Aloha Burgers

2 Cans (8 oz.) Sliced Pineapple 1 ½ C Teriyaki Sauce 2 lb. Ground Beef 2 Large Sweet Onions, sliced 2 T Butter 8 Lettuce leaves 8 Onion or Sesame seed buns, split and toasted 8 Slices Swiss Cheese 8 Bacon Strips, cooked Cook on gas or charcoal grill or under broiler Drain pineapple juice into a small bowl; add teriyaki sauce. Place 3 tablespoons in a resealable plastic bag. Add pineapple; toss to coat; set aside. Shape beef into 8 patties; place in an 8" square baking dish.
