Chicken Salad Sandwiches

  • 2 (6 oz.) Cans Chunk-style Chicken
  • 1/3 C Mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 5 oz. (1 ½ cups) Ohio Swiss Cheese, shredded
  • ¼ C Sour Cream 
  • 1 Small Onion
  • Leaf Lettuce

Drain the chicken. Chop tomato. In a mixing bowl, stir together mayonnaise and sour cream. Add onion and cheese. Serve with Pumpernickel bread, lettuce and tomato.
