Cheese, Broccoli, Cauliflower Salad

Thoroughly toss together in a large bowl; vegetables, cheese and bacon.
Combine mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar and pour over salad.
Mix lightly and chill.

Taco Salad

Brown hamburger and onion, drain grease. Add dry onion soup mix, and let cool. Add lettuce, chips, cheese and dressing; mix well. Additional salad dressing may be added if desired. A can of dark red kidney beans also adds a new flavor.

Cobb Salad

Dressing: 2 C Fat-Free Plain Yogurt, divided 4 Large Basil Leaves ¼ C Parsley, stems removed 2 T Chives, chopped 1 T Lemon Juice 1 T Honey 1/8 t Pepper, freshly ground (add up to ¼ teaspoon additional Pepper if desired) 2 T Fat-Free Mayonnaise ½ t Salt (optional) Place 1 cup of yogurt, basil, parsley, chives, lemon juice, honey and pepper in a blender or food processor. Cover and pulse until smooth (dressing will be green in color). Pour yogurt mixture in a medium bowl; stir in remaining yogurt and mayonnaise until just blended; refrigerate until ready to serve....


Swiss Cheese Potato Salad

½ lb. Swiss Cheese 3 C Potatoes, cooked & cubed 1 Medium Onion 5 Medium Sweet Pickles ½ C Celery, diced 1 t Salt 1 ¾ C Salad Dressing or Mayonnaise Grind together cheese, onion, sweet pickles and celery. Add salt, salad dressing or mayonnaise. Add potatoes and blend well. Garnish top of dish with slices of hard cooked egg, and sprigs of parsley.


Swiss-Cheese Salad

½ lb. Natural Swiss Cheese, cut into thin, small squares 3 Celery Stalks, thinly sliced 8 Large Radishes, sliced 1 Small Onion, chopped 3 T Salad Oil 2 T Vinegar 1 t Horseradish (optional) 1 ½ t Seasoned Salt  ¼ t Pepper 2 T Prepared Mustard Lettuce Leaves Green Pepper Rings Parsley Sprigs About 45 minutes before serving, combine cheese, celery, radishes and onion. Beat together oil, vinegar, horseradish, seasoned salt, pepper and mustard. Add to cheese mixture; blend well. Marinate ½ hour in refrigerator.
