- 1 Head Raw Broccoli, Chopped
- ½ Head Cauliflower, chopped (medium-sized)
- ½ C Onion, chopped
- 8 oz. Colby Cheese, shredded
- 1 lb Bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
- 1 C Mayonnaise
- ¼ C Sugar
- 1 T Vinegar
Thoroughly toss together in a large bowl; vegetables, cheese and bacon.
Combine mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar and pour over salad.
Mix lightly and chill.
