Swiss Cheese Potato Salad

  • ½ lb. Swiss Cheese
  • 3 C Potatoes, cooked & cubed
  • 1 Medium Onion
  • 5 Medium Sweet Pickles
  • ½ C Celery, diced
  • 1 t Salt
  • 1 ¾ C Salad Dressing or Mayonnaise

Grind together cheese, onion, sweet pickles and celery. Add salt, salad dressing or mayonnaise. Add potatoes and blend well. Garnish top of dish with slices of hard cooked egg, and sprigs of parsley.
