Quiche Lorraine - An Old Time Favorite
- ¼ C Ham, cooked and diced (May substitute: bacon or sausage)
- 1 C (4 oz.) Ohio Swiss Cheese, shredded
- 1 T Green Onion, chopped
- 1 T Parsley, chopped
- 4 Eggs
- 1 C Milk
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 9" Deep Dish Pie Shell
Preheat oven to 350°. Sprinkle meat in a pie shell. Stir together eggs and the remaining ingredients. Pour into pie shell. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until filling is set or golden. Cool for 15 minutes before serving.
