Quiche Lorraine - An Old Time Favorite

  • ¼ C Ham, cooked and diced (May substitute: bacon or sausage)
  • 1 C (4 oz.) Ohio Swiss Cheese, shredded
  • 1 T Green Onion, chopped
  • 1 T Parsley, chopped
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 C Milk
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 9" Deep Dish Pie Shell

Preheat oven to 350°. Sprinkle meat in a pie shell. Stir together eggs and the remaining ingredients. Pour into pie shell. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until filling is set or golden. Cool for 15 minutes before serving.
