Sausage-Mushroom Pie

  • 1 lb Bulk Pork Sausage
  • 1 C Sliced Mushrooms
  • ½ C Onion, chopped
  • ½ t Garlic Salt
  • Dash of Pepper
  • 1 ¼ C Milk
  • ¾ C Bisquick Baking Mix
  • 3 Eggs
  • ¾ C Swiss Cheese, shredded
  • ¾ C Cheddar Cheese, shredded

Heat oven to 350°. Grease 10" pie plate.

Brown sausage and onion; drain fat. Add seasonings to sausage. Combine cheese, sausage, and mushrooms. Place in the bottom of the pie plate. Combine remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour over the sausage mixture. Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350° until golden brown.
