Night - Before Brunch Eggs

  • 8 Slices bread  (buttered & cubed)
  • 8 eggs beaten
  • 4 cups milk  
  • 2 cups shredded Swiss Cheese  
  • 8 ounces cooked ham, chopped  
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Arrange bread in a 11 x 14 greased pan.  Combine eggs, milk, cheese, ham, salt and pepper in a bowl, mix well.

Pour over bread.  Chill, cover,and set overnight.  Bake for 1 hour @ 350 or until set. (Chopped onion, peppers or mushrooms may be added).
