Swiss Vegetable Medley

  • 2  16oz packages California Blend Frozen Vegetables 
  • 2  cans Cream of Mushroom soup 
  • 2 cups Shredded SWISS CHEESE 
  • 2/3 cup sour cream 
  • pinch of black pepper 
  • 2 cans French-fried onions 
Mix ingredients together (only mix in half of the onions and Swiss cheese) 

Bake, covered, at 350 for 30 minutes   Uncover and sprinkle with remaining Cheese and onions bake 10 more minutes

Makes about 12 servings
