Swiss Vegetable Medley
- 2 16oz packages California Blend Frozen Vegetables
- 2 cans Cream of Mushroom soup
- 2 cups Shredded SWISS CHEESE
- 2/3 cup sour cream
- pinch of black pepper
- 2 cans French-fried onions
Bake, covered, at 350 for 30 minutes Uncover and sprinkle with remaining Cheese and onions bake 10 more minutes
