Visit our factory and retail store in the beautiful rolling hills of Eastern Ohio, Coshocton County. There, you can see how cheese is made and taste all your favorite varieties! We have a playground for children of all ages and a pet-friendly field in front of our retail store.

*We shut down our slicer 30 minutes before closing. If you are running late, please call us, and we will get the cheese ready for you!

Free Factory Tours

Join us on Wednesdays at 9:30 am for a free tour of our factory from March through December!
On other days, the Colby cheese-making process can be witnessed from the windows in our retail store from 8 am to noon, Monday through Friday.
