Marble, also referred to as Colby Jack or Cojack, is a mild blend of Colby and Montery Jack. Our Marble cheese is all-natural, made with rBST-free* milk. It melts well, slices nicely, and looks great on serving dishes.
*The FDA has stated that there is no significant difference between milk from rBST-treated and untreated cows.
