Farmers Cheese has a wonderful mild flavor, derived from rBST-Free* milk, that some describe as a cross between mozzarella and Colby cheeses. However, Farmers Cheese has a lower sodium and fat content than Colby. It has a buttery, smooth consistency that melts nicely.
