Award-Winning Mild Swiss
There’s a reason this is our most popular cheese! Our mild Swiss was the recipient of the 2014 and 2024 World Championship Cheese Contest gold medal. All-natural, it’s made with rBST-free* milk, and delicately aged for 9+ months. This creates a semi-soft cheese that’s smooth, nutty, and a little bit sweet, perfect for shredding, slicing, melting or cubing.
*The FDA has stated that there is no significant difference between milk from rBST-treated and untreated cows.
Looking for creative ways to enjoy Mild Swiss Cheese?

With Red Wine
Wine & cheese - a classic pair! We recommend a red wine like Pinot Noir to enjoy with classic Swiss cheese. In the area? Check out our local wineries for lots of great options!

On Charcuterie Boards
If you’re assembling a charcuterie board, Swiss cheese is a must, not to mention it looks great! Swiss cheese and prosciutto are a great combo, as well as any breads and crackers you might include.

In Classic Fondue
There’s no fondue like Swiss cheese fondue. This is a delicious way to use Swiss cheese. Just use Swiss, or combine it with old-world cheeses like Gruyère or Emmentaler for a more complex flavor profile.
