Pearl Valley is a natural cheese manufacturer of Swiss and Colby varieties as well as a cheese and butter distributor. We manufacturer 13 varieties of all natural cheeses including Swiss, Lacey Swiss, Baby Swiss, Emmentaler Old World Swiss, Aged Swiss, Smoked Swiss, Colby Longhorns, Colby Deli Horns, Marble (Colby Jack) Deli Horns, Pepper Jack Deli Horns, Chipotle Deli Horns,  Farmers Deli Horns, Lacey Baby Deli Horns and Gouda Deli Horns.

As you can see we have our own brand, but as a manufacturer we also have extensive private labeling capabilities.  We manufacture product for many different size businesses including local distributors, regional grocery chains, and national deli brands.

We specialize in producing cheese that is sold behind the glass at the deli counters.  We understand the challenges facing the deli today and that cheese must be sliceable and appealing.  But we also know that taste and flavor is paramount in cheese manufacturing and not all cheeses are created equal. We focus on producing high quality cheese that has consistent flavor for your customers time and time again.

Our customers range from a few cases a month and to multiple truckloads a week.  We value customers of all sizes and will strive to meet your needs.  We understand that every customer is different, and we try to be as flexible as possible to meet your needs.

Although we have been making cheese at our same location since 1928, our factory has undergone extensive updates and additions over the years.  We take great pride in our facility sanitation and product quality.  We have rigorous food safety programs and procedures and undergo extensive third party audits.  We maintain a GFSI certified audit scheme called SQF Food Safety and have undergone this level of audit since 2016.
