Visit our factory and retail store in the beautiful rolling hills of Eastern Ohio in Coshocton County.  We are located on Ohio State Route 93 about 3 miles north of Fresno and 5 miles south of Baltic.  

 

In our retail store, you can see cheese being made and taste all your favorite cheese varieties!  We carry over 30 types of cheese, so you are bound to find something you like. We have weekly specials, and you will be surprised how low our everyday prices are. It is a trip that is definitely worth your while.

 

Our retail store is full of locally made Ohio products to enjoy. These products include but are not limited to:

• Troyer's Trail Bologna in several varieties
• Ohio Pure Maple Syrup
• Giannios Candy Company Milk Chocolates
• The Mustard Man Mustard
• Tonn's Honey
• Great Lakes Smoked Meats Smokies

We Offer Sliced, Cubed, and Chunked Cheese: 

Enjoy our cheese in sliced, cubed, or chunked options at no extra cost.

*Please note that we shut down our slicer 1/2 hour prior to close. If you are running late, please call us or order on Facebook, and we can get the cheese ready for you!! 

 

Have An Upcoming Event? Order a Cheese Tray:
We offer a variety cheese tray sizes to fit any event.

They include:

• Petite - serves 20 people per tray - 4 different cheeses - $15
• Small - serves 30 people per tray - 4 different cheeses - $21
• Medium - serves 50 people per tray - 5 different cheeses - $35
• Large - serves 70 people per tray - 6 different cheeses - $49

Trail bologna can be substituted in replacing 1 kind of cheese.

Please keep in mind that cheese trays require a 48-hour notice.



March through December, join us on Wednesdays at 9:30am for a Free Factory Tour!

On other days the Colby cheese making process can be witnessed from the windows in our retail store. The best time to see Colby cheese being made is from 8AM-Noon on Monday-Friday.

Monday - Friday from 8AM-5PM and Saturday from 9AM-4PM.
